What Happens After Requesting a Quote from Solar Array for Your Solar Installation

Congratulations on taking the first step towards harnessing the power of solar energy with Solar Array! We're excited to guide you through the process of bringing solar power to your residence. Here's what happens after you submit a request for a quote:

1. Information Submission:
We have received the online submission with your basic details. For larger projects where clients wish to power their entire property we may reach out and ask for additional information such as electricity utility bills (this is to determine the amount of electricity your property requires per day).

2. On-site or Virtual Assessment:
We will schedule an on-site or virtual assessment (depending on the size of the project). This serves to answer any other questions you may have as well as giving us the opportunity to inspect your current electrical setup (location of distribution boards, type of roof, etc.)

3. No-Obligation Proposal:
Within 2 business days after your assessment you will receive a no-obligation proposal from Solar Array. This comprehensive document outlines the recommended solar system, equipment specifications, pricing details, and estimated energy savings. We want you to have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

4. Acceptance or Decline:
After reviewing the proposal, you have the freedom to accept or decline it. We encourage you to ask any questions or seek clarifications during this stage to ensure you're comfortable with the proposed solar solution. Our team is available to address any concerns you may have.

5. Deposit and Equipment Ordering:
If you choose to accept the proposal, the next step is to proceed with the project. At this point, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is received, Solar Array will initiate the ordering process for the solar equipment, ensuring its prompt delivery to your residence.

6. Arrival of Equipment and Second Payment:
Upon the arrival of the equipment at your residence, you will be required to pay 30% of the remaining balance. This payment ensures that the necessary preparations are made for the installation process.

7. Installation and Certificate of Compliance (CoC):
Our skilled installation team will then visit your residence to install the solar system according to the approved design. They will ensure a seamless installation process while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. Once the installation is complete, a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) test report will be issued, confirming that the installation meets all necessary regulations.

8. Final Payment and Project Completion:
Following the successful installation and CoC issuance, the remaining amount is due. Once you have made the final payment, your solar installation project with Solar Array will be considered complete. You can now enjoy the benefits of clean, renewable energy and start saving on your electricity bills.

We are committed to providing you with an exceptional solar installation experience from start to finish. Our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process. Thank you for choosing Solar Array as your trusted solar installation partner!
